The MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L and MPC307X-4L series combine an AlGaAs infarared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a monolithic silicon random-phase photo triac in a plastic DIP4 package with different lead forming options. With the robust coplanar double mold structure, MPC301X-4L, MPC302X-4L, MPC305X-4L and MPC307X-4L series provide the most stable isolation feature.
